need to upgrade current "Dish setup" tp DirecTv using HD DVR. Get confirmed lock from sat on 101, 110 and 119HD but get error 775 from receiver. Local installer says swim kit for SV360 is $400 plus labor. I see swims on ebay for $25.

Any comments/direction?

DirecTv HD DVR Model SR24-100 - There was a SWM in my other RV but it did not get removed when I sold it.

I attached a hand made wiring diagram of what is currently installed. A local sat installer is telling me the "Tracstar SV-360 SWM Upgrade Kit is $400 plus labor to install. Since he said he does not have to get on the roof, maybe I can install myself and save a few dinero!
