Total Newbie Question

Hope I'm posting this in the right section.
I live in central Florida and looking for a simple FTA installation. One position no rotor. As I understand so far by reading some posts here: Galaxy 18 is where I will find more US broadcasts. What would be a suitable dish size for my area and type of receiver ?
