torodial dish ?

I cannot get analog tv with my torodial dish. for a given lnb (=satellite), I do get a perfect (95%) signal using a dvb reveiver, but after pluging an analog receiver on the same lnb, no way to get any analog signal (while I know from lyngsat that at the frequency I input, there must be a channel)... any idea is most welcome ! thanks in advance !

what satellites are you aimed at?

Most satellites do not have KU analog on them except for feeds (which come and go all the time)

I am aiming at atlantic hotbird3 from Europe. I would like to watch the free chanels tf1 and m6 (french...). I use a classical dvb receiver and it works great, same with an analog receiver (pace mss100) and not a single chanel .... it is my mistake, technically impossible or something I havn't thought of ?

Oh boy. We mainly handle satellites here in North America so I honestly don’t know the answer.

I don't even see tf1 and m6 on Hotbird 3, I used to watch these French channels on the Telecom satellites around 10 years ago! They were broadcast in SECAM, so the picture would be in Black and White only in the UK where we used PAL.
