I am surprised that I didn't noticed this soon, but CBS has been conducting a weekly poll where the top UNSUBS go head-to-head to see who is the most twisted, cunning, diabolical, etc.

This week William Harris (Soul Mates) takes on Neal James (The Fox):

Willliam Harris (Michael Boatman) is arrested for raping and murdering a teenager. When the Team discovers he has a partner, it is revealed the two serial rapists kidnap victims for each other as gifts.

Neal James (Karl Arnold) is a family annihilator who holds families captive while forcing the husband to watch him take his place, then kill each member of his family.

Well, it looks like we're it the finals bracket with George Foyet going against Tobias Hankel:

"The Reaper" (C. Thomas Howell), a serial killer who was never caught and has been "silent" for the last ten years, begins killing again, but escapes after the BAU arrests him and hands him over to the US Marshals."

"Tobias Hankel (James van der Beek) kills those he knows to be sinners and posts the videos as viral videos online. Suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder he kidnaps Reid who must keep himself alive long enough for the Team to find him."

Hankel was quite twisted but "The Reaper" should win this one easily and take the dishonor of being voted Top Unsub.
