Top 100 Question

After countless minutes which seemed like hours after some guy on the other end of the customer service end kept reading out of a book I just gave up so here's my senario.

I wanted to downgrade from Top 250 w/locals and multisport to Top 100 w/ locals and multisport.

My question: He insisted after numerous ramblings out of his reading material that I needed the Top 100 PLUS in order to receive multisport. From looking at the Dish website I thought it looks like the 100+ was to recieve your "local" RSN only.

Therefore I thought 100 would be available with multisport which wouldn't include my "local" RSN which is fine. Most college football is shown somewhere across the country as the local sports network anyhow.

Any input would be appreciated cause after this guy insisted I needed 100+ and it was suuuuuuuuuuuuch a drawnout process I just gave up.

call in and downgrade to Top 100. Make sure that's working.

Then call back and add the multisport package. or add it from the website, if you can.

You must have your regional sport network as a condition of purchasing multisport so he was right that you need 100+.
