Too many stickies

When there are 9 stickies, no one notices them.

Also, some of the titles of the stickies are difficult to absorb for the exact sort of newbie that they are designed for:

It is hard fo the eye and mind to digest that sort of thing, and so they are passed over, and so someone will post a new thread asking about the 749p.

While very specific titles are good for regular threads (so that people do not have to read the thread if they are not interested in the specific subject), they should be simpler for stickies as:

749p first impressions
