It was one game.

Patriots have a better record than the Raiders.

So far Cassel > Fatass Russel ,will he ever complete over 50%? I wonder why Sharpe didn't say anything about Russel? Maybe because no one gives a crap about the Raiders anymore.

See you 12/14, Raiders are going to get destroyed.

cassel sucks. deal with it like everyone else. when my dolphins suck i deal with it. i don't blindly defend them. Even though they beat the hell out of the pats last week they still have to prove a lot more than that to be able to say they don't suck that much anymore. Again your quarterback sucks but so do most of the qb backups in the league. Pats need to see who else is available out there. You wouldn't want to give chris sims a shot? If cassel proves me wrong after a few games I'll be the first one here to eat my own words and give you recognition for having faith in him but he really hasn't showed me anything yet.

ummm thats fine but the 1st 3 games for the pats were against the worse teams from last year so if that is the case with those teams i can't imagine cassel will do better against winning teams.

Get off the crack dude. IF Russel had the O-Line and receivers the Cassel had, he would be putting up monster numbers.

Face it dude, of all the backup QBs in the league....you have one that EXTREMELY unproven and unknown. That is why I started a thread looking to see JUST HOW GOOD Beli-jerk is as a coach...now that the ubber QB is out for the season. But you really cannot fault Cassel, the O-Line has done an amazing job of protecting Brady and Cassel barely played....so you end up with someone that is WAY BEYOND and "unknown commodity".

I agree 100% about your analysis of what they pay 1st round draft picks. But that is par for the course for ALL sports except baseball. IF and WHEN the Raiders develope some decent pass protection and we have LEGITEMATE wide receivers....he will be a very good QB.

BUT NONE of the guys have the physical tools of JaMarcus EXCEPT Ryan Leaf...when they came out of college. I compare JaMarcus to a Dante Culpepper, but he had decent wide receiver core....that include this skinny kid named Randy Moss

Any way calm down there will alway be next year!! :clap I will tell you this though. The Giants the way they went after Brady in the superbowl was really something.
