TLC HD/Discovery HD issues since last night?

Funny thing last night. the audio stuttering was happening on Little People, but it stopped during John and Kate +8...Just odd. I wish they'd fix it since I watch a lot of the DSC networks.

I've having video issues with HD Theater on channel 5500(Alaska) and none of the CSRs have a clue that this channel exits.
