After months of frustration with my HR20(replaced twice), I've decided to forgo the new MPEG4 HD channels, and go back to my Tivo(HR10-250). Last night while I was on the phone with CS, after it being a few months in hibernation I plug in the Tivo. It gets to the "Powering up" screen, then the "Almost there, just a few minutes more" screen and everything comes to a halt. CS lady said to try a reset by unplugging for about 15 seconds. After doing that it will only get to the "powering up" screen. I asked the CS lady if it possibly had anything to do with connections(i did remove the B band converters that the HR20 required) or maybe the MPEG4 dish. She said no.
Anyone ever experience this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
P.S. Would it have anything to do with the Tivo not having the current upgraded software?
