Title Pixelation w/ 811 HD

I have a 811 HD receiver. The best way I can describe my problem (new DISH customer) is that when I view the guide, the letters are either pixelated or missing. It's has become so bad that I cannot even read the guide.

Anyone seen something similar? Any ideas on fixes? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I've seen this. Reboot it (hold down the power button on the reciever until the light goes out) and it's usually fixed on mine.

Or in the menu go to HD setup menu and make sure it set to 1080i.

I had the same problem when mine received the new software, a reset fixed it.

It is on 1080i.
