Hello guys as you my remember last week I started loosing channels on 119... The thread was titled "anybody else having this issue"... I see a lot of post on how bad CS is with Dish... I guess I am very lucky... When the problems with my Dish started I called Dish and spoke with somebody from ATS... We tried all kinds of test and things seemed to settle down... With all of the hot WX we still had the 119 bug came back thus a second call to Dish ATS... They set up an appointment for my superdish to be removed and replaced with a D500... This is where Phil from Dish Express in Ottawa IL came into the picture... My appointment was between 12P and 5P... Sure enough around noon today (Aug 11) Phil shows up and in a timely manner had my Dish swapped out while having a battle with wasp... We had quite a few good laughs and maybe just maybe he will become a Satellite Guys member... I just wanted to shed a positive light on not only Dish Network, but Phil from Dish Express who was very courteous and very professional on the work that was done for me... CC
