Here is a US Time Zone Link that I have found to be quite useful when planning my viewing schedule: http://www.time.gov/


PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME STATIONS DO NOT CHANGE PROGRAM SCHEDULES
WHEN THERE IS A TIME CHANGE.

EXAMPLE: The Casper, Wy NBC (C Band) station's program schedule remains on Central time the year round.
