Time Warner DFW

How is the service in DFW? We have Directv but I'm tired of the rain/cloud fade, equipment issues, and poor customer service to fix it.

What kind of deals are out there? I have their cable internet service already. I would need 2 HD DVR boxes. What about HD? Is it good?

Making the switch this Friday as we're fed up with Directv.

Got us a Tivo HD and will be getting an M-Card from Time Warner. Total for both internet and cable is $89.98 a month with the cable card.
