The TWC deal will bring over 300 live channels to the Xbox 360, provided you’ve paid for an Xbox Live Gold membership. Some of those channels include AMC, BBC World News, Bravo, Cartoon Network, CNN, Comedy Central, Food Network, HGTV, and others.

If they offer the same crappy deal they offered me with the TWC Roku app a lot of folks are going to be disappointed. Even though you don't use or need one of their TWC cable boxes they will still charge you the monthly box fee of about $9-10.
They call me now regularly with their special offers and I let them know just how I feel...lol
