You ever think the Raiders may have controlled the strings on what Rob Ryan was able to do in Oakland? Give the man a chance. John Marshall. He was the defensive cooridinator under Steve Mariucci when the 49ers won their last Super Bowls.

He was the Defensive Coordinator.....! He was THE defensive coordinator for a 13-3 and 12-4 football team.....
