ThisTV getting a couple new affiliates

See that 2 new affiliates of ThisTV are "coming soon"

WOLO-DT2 Columbia, SC (replaces a SAP duplicate of ABC)
WFXB-DT3 Myrtle Beach, SC (replaces a WX station)

Both are owned by Bahakel Broadcasting

Bahakel owns a few more stations (Montgomery, AL and Charlotte, NC) but both have a This affiliate already

The only Bahakel station that leaves is WBBJ in Jackson, TN. They have ABC on -1 & -2 (the -2 is a SAP audio) and a CBS/Me on -3. They could drop the SAP duplicate (like they are doing in Columbia) and replace it with ThisTV (but I'm sure folks in Jackson want MeTV full time. MeTV is only on when there is no CBS national programming....so like 3 hours a day)

OK so they can't touch the CBS bandwidth per that document. They have to provide 5Mbps. So why couldnt they take a couple Mbps from the main and have ThisTV?
There are ABC stations that get by with less than 12.75Mbps (**cough** KSTP and satellite stations **cough**)
