A couple goes through their 40th birthdays (in the same week) with a lot of issues.

Not a bad film, a middle of the road one.

A lot of adult situations and language, definitely an R. The film is pretty raunchy in some parts.

The movie is pretty much just a segment in time, about a week, maybe 2. A few flashbacks, but more of just what happens to the family over the short period of time with no real beginning and no real ending.

We saw this yesterday. It was HILARIOUS! Very relatable for married couples with kids. (sometimes TOO much)

We laughed out loud many times.

It's got some really funny moments, but I would say wait for the dvd.

At 2 hours long it got painful to watch and the reference to being a sequel of "knocked up" was not true at all. I'd say pass.

They were the married couple in Knocked Up. Jason Segel was also the same character as in Knocked Up. And the tagline is "kind of a sequel". Tongue in cheek.
