Thinking about upgrading to the 622, what LNBF's and switches would I need?

I would obviously want to use both tuners in a 622 and it would be replacing a 811. I don't want to run a second cable there.

Right now I have a DP twin LNBF (110, 119), DP dual (61.5) and a DP21 switch running to the 811. I'm also running the second output of the twin to a 510 DVR. I'll probably get rid of the 510 DVR if I get the 622. I have no need for more than 2 receivers.

Would I need to upgrade the DP LNBF's I have now to Plus, or can I just use the DPP44 switch and connect it to my existing DP LNBF's and still get away with one cable to the 622?

Can you tell I'm confused?

Upgrade your DP Twin to a DP+ Twin. The DP+ Twin has an input for your DP Dual at 61.5.

Then you could use a single run to the 622 and use the separator that comes with it. You would still have an output on the DP+ Twin to run the 510 too.

However dish has stated if you lease a 622 they will provide all the swicthes etc to get you set up, as part of the 299 fee.
So unless you want to guarantee the equipment is in place, and some posts on here suggest you might, you may just want to let dish do it for you. your call.

Thanks for the replies. I won't be getting Dish to do the install because I will be "moving" when I do the upgrade.
