I had that promo right at a year ago.

I did an online chat and asked for it and they told me I didn't qualify because of the last time I had it.

I told the guy thanks for your time and went about my business. I figured I was going to be disqualified anyway, but no harm in asking.

All I was saying before is don't think that you are "entitled" to every promo and when you don't get it get all pissy about it.
