The wife says get me a 921 for the new season of shows .... I say OK ..anywho

Since it appears to be very temperamental box what is the warranty?

Any recomndations on where to buy or best price and service?

The box has a 1 year warranty from Echostar, the good news is most problems are software and not hardware and the software is much better now then it was when the box came out.

The lowest price on the net is $949 from DishStore.NET, thats a $50 savings.

I had a problem with locals months ago. That was fixed and I haven't had any kind of problem since.

I was VERY pleased with the service I received from dishstore.net. The 921 was double boxed. I received both "has shipped" and "has delivered" emails from them. That's important for those of us who live in apartments (or marinas in my case) since we're not necessarily the one who actually signs for the item.
