"The Tube" gone from Minneapolis (WUCW 23-2)??

Just an FYI for everyone, I was switching through the channels and noticed that "The Tube" is showing a kids program called "Wildlife Jams" at 10:30 & 11am today. This is definitely an educational program. So far there have been 2 back-toback and "The Tube" had its ID at the top of the hour. So this channel appears to be compliant with the new E/I requirement.

So tonight I turn on the Dish 811 and go to 23-2 for "The Tube" (love the channel) only to see a black screen....hmmmm....91% signal

hit channel down to 23-1 CW and channel up and see 29-1 (My TV)

23-2 is gone.....rescanned and its still not there anymore...just 23-1

Did Sinclair pull the best station out there from Minneapolis????

We get it on 11-3 . Would gladly trade with you for something else , that I would watch .
