The Pier, The Music, The Problem....

For anyone that has the Huntington Pier and music on their system, you have noticed the classical music was replaced with a sky pilot on 4096. I found it on 5417, but now have a problem that I never had before. Anytime I go to that channel the music ssttuuddeerrss real bad. I found a way the change to the radio channel and then back to TV and after a few changes it will play without any problem.
Anyone have an idea as to what is wrong and why the music studders? The 5417 music is still on 11942H19997, same as Pier picture.

No problems here. I changed the audio PID, as I have had to do a few times in the 10 yeras or so that I have been listening to WCPE and all is well.

What I have done is enter the FR and SR of a channel on the TV side. I then edit in the FR, SR and audio PID. I put in zeros for the video PID. I go to WCPE on the TV side and have a dark screen with plenty of beautiful classical music.
