See that's the issue. Instead of just updating the existing service, they have to make a new service to a relatively new service that was launch to a new service. It seems that the brass at HBO doesn't know whether to (explative) or wind their watch. How do you expect people to be confident in your service when you continuously go out of your way to complicate things.
Most of the brass onboard left HBO either voluntarily or forced out after the buyout. To me that makes it a different entity.
