I need advice from the other wives. I have long hair - I hate it- & I wear it up in a messy bun every day almost all year. Hifi would like it if I left it down sometimes but its so hot! How do I stay cool with my hair down? & he would kill me if I cut it short! I cut it last year around this time & he was so ticked, I haven't had a haircut since.

Hmm... well my hair is short now, but it was below my shoulders last summer. One thing that helped me keep cooler was just keeping the hair around my face up. Why don't you try a half&half and just pull the front up and either bobby pin it or use a barrette?

It's nothing against you guys when we do it. We just like a change from time to time. That and the fact that short hair is so much easier for us. It cuts down my "getting ready" time significantly. I am actually thinking about letting mine start growing again though ....

I'm sorry for that. Well not really. That answer is the "stock" answer I have gotten from every woman, on any question they don't want to answer, or can't explain their answer to.

I think long hair is just more attractive on women. I love my wife's bangs. Very sexy.

Msmith makes it a point to tell me he likes mine better long.. my current haircut (chin lenght) shows how much I listen to his opinion though . Seriously though, he points out, all the time, that he likes it better long, but he does tell me it looks good short as well, which means alot to me. I am actually considering growing it back out for him though.
