The guy on the customer service phone from WeaKnees is a complete jerk.

I recently ordered a TiVo Lux remote from weaknees.com and got the wrong remote in the mail so I called their customer service. Asking a few BASIC questions the ONLY GUY who answers the phone starts scolding me. But anyways he gives me the information in order to do an exchange and I fill it out. I get a tracking number and two days later, my USPS app STILL STATES "Pre-Shipment". I went to the post office and checked it out and they looked at he stated they haven't received the package yet. So I call WeaKnees again, and I wasn't making any accusations, but simply asking questions, and I get scolded again! He insisted he already shipped it out. But come on, if he couldn't send it out immediately, I would have understood, but he could BE HONEST about it and have a BETTER TONE. I read some reviews of the company. Many of the reviews are great, but some others mention how rude their customer service was. I don't think I'll ever do business with them again.

USPS rarely has the correct info on shipments since last fall. An example from today something I ordered from Amazon was due to be here today. This morning USPS showed it still wasn't in their possession yet. Amazon showed it was out for delivery via USPS. I did get it delivered today and USPS tracking still shows they have yet to receive the item.

Thanks for the input. It still wasn't an excuse for the CSR's condescending tone. I was not accusing him of anything. I was just asking him questions so I could understand better. Like I stated, some of his reviews accuse him of being very rude.
