Yeah I started recording the ones I missed at about the -3 to the season opener, I did watch 3 this Morning/afternoon I have seen before... I like this show.
TNT’s “The Closer” opened its third season in a big way, breaking its own record for viewership of an original series on ad-supported cable.
Monday’s premiere drew 8.8 million total viewers, up 6 percent from last season’s record-setting premiere, according to cable fast national data from Nielsen Media Research.
The episode also showed an 11 percent increase among adults 18-49 and 6 percent gain with adults 25-54.
In households, the “The Closer” drew a 5.7 national rating

This is one of the shows my wife and I both enjoy. After last nights shows, she mentioned the show once again seemed fresh and entertaining. Usually by the third season most shows start to seem old and tired. Last night the show was done a little differently, but it came together in a familiar and smart fashion. Of course, that may be partially due to their season being so short.
