If you don't know, the Chilli Bowl is THE big racing event of the Winter.
The track is owned by Tony Stewart. Tony's job is to run the tractor between races
and smooth out the ruts in the dirt track.
Apparently a fan kept flipping Tony the bird in Tony's "house"
while he was running the tractor around the track:

"This big fella was sitting up here, and every time Tony would come by on a tractor, he'd flip him off," said spectator Tyler Haire, who filmed the incident.

Haire thought Stewart was showing he's a regular guy, and he was supportive of the racer's actions. Other fans tell us they hate to see more bad press for Stewart.

Tony doesn't own the track. The track is custom built each year inside the (IPE) International Petroleum and Exhibition Building or now known as the Quik Trip Center. It is owned by Tulsa County. Emmett Hahn and Lanny Edwards organize the Chili Bowl and rent the building for the week. Tony has been coming for years and has helped run the tractors for the last 5 or 6 years. This year he was hired as Track Coordinator

The deputy will be lucky to keep his job, depending on what happens in the review. The Tulsa County Sheriffs Office is already under scrutiny for other things and the media will jump on this. They don't need an off duty deputy giving them another public relations nightmare,

Thanks, did not realize the race was not at Eldora.
I get zero coverage of the race here.
