The commercials say that this will be the episode that we'll be talking about the next mornings. Aren't ALL episodes the one we'll be talking about the next morning here on SatelliteGuys?

No one can accuse Red of not being a classy guy. IMO, James Spader should get an Emmy nod for his work.

I agree, without him this show would not be what it is. He is fantastic, then again I enjoy most of his work. :)

I really liked him on Boston Legal. I can't remember but didn't his character on that show start out on the Practice?

Yes. He started on The Practice in 2003/2004 season leading directly into the spinoff Boston Legal.

You know, the one things I enjoyed from a young Spader was a movie where he played a detective (I think) and I recall him setting-up a ploy in a mental ward to catch a female culprit - perhaps even someone close to him. At least I think it was Spader. I would like to see the movie again since I only caught the last half (I'd say he made it 10-20 years ago), but I can find it in his IMDb.com bio. Anyone have a clue...sorry, I don't recall any more detail but, like I said, I only saw the last half.

The oldest work I remember from Spader is Stargate (1994), I liked his role back then, which is worlds apart from his current one.

I agree with some of what they say. I really wish they would do something with her husband....kill him...get divorced...something.

Yep, the husband has to go...but he's not, well, not before hurting Lizzie in some way. Also, the author underestimates how Spader's character will keep viewing coming back regardless of some of the other actors being far less accomplished. Plus, they can always kill off some of the FBI agents and bring in new, and better, actors. Finally, the stories and writing is a bit of a problem...much like with the show Fringe, the show can get lost of they don't have a solid storyline in place between the bad guy of the week episodes and some of the long-term themes.

I still don´t know what happened to his wife and daughter.

I find interesting that kind of sub-plot, but I find it difficult to remember details when several episodes go by (especially with long breaks for holidays or the olympics) without addressing such mysteries.
