Mainly because it's true. When I go to see the doctor, or to some local business, they always have Charter cable hd. And it sucks balls. Comcast is pretty bad too.
Whats really bad is that I've seen both Charter hd and Comcast, and while their obviously broadcasting in HD, it's sadly worse quality then Directv SD, except widescreen and "720p" :\
