I know many of us have talked about the "Heart" program. Well I dont know, how many hearts I have but each time I call I get a opening repsonse of "You are a A list customer" Dont know what it means. I guess its a good thing to them though??

I can't remember all the details, but if you were on the a-list, you got movie selections from some director, access to interactive games, priority support, etc.

an a list customer is what used to be referred to as a best customer.
5 hearts plus more
usually very good payment history, spends over $100 a month for the last 18 months plus.
priority support queue, higher level of discretionary credit, etc.
