To all that helped me when I was asking how to hook up a new, additional dvr by myself I would like to say thanks so much! It's all hooked up and activated (with no commitment thanks to retention) and working beautifully!!! I can't believe they recommend to have it done professionally, it was a breeze after directions from you guys!!!!!
