thank you everyone for all the help for my wife and I to change from TWC.
We looked at both sideds and decided to go with the 1 hopper and 2 joeys
Got a great price with phone and internet
only sad thing I have to wait till next week for install is that normal?????
are they that busy

Any thought of anything i can do to maybe speed up the install?????

Welcome Aboard! Yeah you might try local reseller and see if they can get you in sooner but if not you will have to waite for Dish then.

You can always call Dish again and ask if it can be moved up or call a local retailer. I really don't think the schedules that Dish shows on their computers are accurate.
