Looks like it will move a BUD, but it's not HD.
Also, it lists "NTSC-M" which I think is for Japan. I don't know if it's compatible here in North America.
That is right Lak it looks it is not compatible with NA standards... It seems
Topfield did not produce any embedded positioner receivers for North America. They have some really nice receivers 9HD and PVRs as well..but no go here in NA
