Test Channels 9300 & 9301 should stay on ! *Update: They are up now!

New 9300/9301

As of 2:40 I have NG and Discovery active. Both good PQ but NG not in HD, Discovery is.

Got both! Picture quailty looks like SD tv though. But maybe it is. Must just be testing Satellite to see if it works properly,and not worried about PQ right now.No 498 either

The Mrs. is now suggesting that for the next test, they run something other than Dirty Jobs so that she doesn't have to stare at turkey poop in stunning 1080i.

Dirty jobs is upconverted, just like it was on dish so dont judge pq by it.

This hr20 would only get gray on 498 but gets 9300 and 9301 fine.

I tested my HR20 and H20 and both the NGC HD and Discovery HD look great on channels 9300 and 9301 in Orlando.

Was getting grey screen on 498 as of last night, now it works and 9300 and 9301 still coming in fine. Looks like they are finalizing the bugs.

I'd have to say yes. I was getting x721 on the weekend test because D* hadn't yet dropped and then added the HD access on my account to have the account pick up access to the new channels.

Please help. I'm having trouble with the 9300, 9301 test channels, I'm getting the "search of satellite...." I'd like to know if a re-alignment is necessary based upon these reading:

The non hd stuff is upconverted, the HD stuff is ,well, HD.

I see many posts now with people noting the PQ or lack their of, but they fail to realize that DiscHD,NatGeoHD and TLD will not be showing 100% HD programming.
