Has anyone installed a Terk TV44 antenna with a DPP44 switch?

I am curious if power from the DPP44 power inserter would be an issue.

Thanks.

A DPP44 is satellite equipment, and a Terk antenna is for OTA. They are not compatible.

Thanks for the response.

I understand that they are two different devices; however, perhaps you didn't quite understand my question.

The TV44 has a diplexer built in but is designed to be wired to the LNBF and then has outputs that go into the house.

What I was asking is if anyone knows if using a DPP44 with inserter would generate too much voltage for the diplexer in the TV44 to handle.

I doubt it, because the DPP44 puts out 18V, and so does the power supply for an OTA preamp, provided the Terk is a amplified model.
My CM7777 preamp runs on 18V too.

sight to behold
