Tennis Channel and US Open Mix Channels

Seems the pq is so much better on the mix channel compared to Tennis Channel hd. Tennis Channel is so much softer and have jerkyness in the video lately (watch the scroll on the bottom) on the Tennis Channel.
Shouldn't all these channels be coming from the same feed?

There is so much going on. The mix channels are probably a backhaul feed (Direct is using them directly on the mix mux) that tennis is taking down and then sending out over their channel. That's one point of degradation. Then Direct re encodes it into their mux with the tennis channel (second degradation). Then depending on the bitrate at a given time thrown at the channel by the statistical multiplexer decides the finished product.
