[Optibox] Technomate TM-5402 LNB settings to use a SMW Type R Quad band Ku LNB

I was wonder if any one on this forum knows the the LNB settings are to use a SMW Type R. LNB with a Technomate TM-5402

Looks to be universal band. 10,700-12,750

That appears to be a single polarity LNB that is capable of four frequency ranges depending on the LO that's used and the voltage applied to the LNB and 22KHZ. A special purpose LNB.
