I used to stay logged in for weeks at a time.
Now if I am idle for an hour? I have to log in again.

What happened and why?

What do you mean by logged in?
Since you posted this in the Hopper Zone forum, are you talking about your Hopper's Internet connection or something?
Or are you talking about this website?

I would try deleting browser cache and cookies and then logging in again. That should do it I think.

Yeah, why does Sateliiteguys log us out after an hour or so? Annoying! I could understand if this was my bank account.

It your cookies.

I don't know if browsers changed the way they store cookies or something as we haven't made any changes to the site in a long time.

The cookies are what keep your login information. If you browser corrupts the cookie or does not store the cookie correctly then it causes these issues.

This can also be an issue for people using ad blockers as the ad blockers may be rejecting cookies it should be accepting.
