all evens on 103ca are 0


not bbc problem - ca does not require bbc to come in. 99 and 103 cb require bbc. only evens are 0- center conductor corrosion. Plus I can change tilt about 6 degrees and not lose 119, not so for 99/103.

That's the test channel for 99 odd. How about 9508 and 9509? Those are for 103 odd and 103 even.
