TBS-HD (and TNT-HD I guess) - is ANYTHING in OAR?

I saw that someone asked about The Office on TBS and from what I've seen so far these are NOT the HD versions of the show that airs OTA. They just look too fuzzy and have a fake letterboxed look to them. Hopefully they start showing the real shows, heck even the ones I buy from iTunes and then project on my plasma look better than what TBS is showing.

Every episode of Alias and Las Vegas I've seen on TNT-HD has been OAR 1080i (horizontal resolution reduced to 1440 though), with the exception of the second episode of Las Vegas (which will be re-aired soon, hopefully in HD and not stretchovision).
