But I agree with charper....sounds like the dish is out of alignment just a little bit

I believe the hd reciever may still be set up as swm, but your camp does not have a swm setup. Go into settings and set the dish up correctly and I believe you may solve the issue. Other than that you may have a splitter somewhere or a bad barrel in your cable or wall plate causing your hd channels to drop.
