Tailgater Pro and Wally

So I bought a used Dish Tailgater Pro and a couple of Wallys. I was able to activate and get it to work once but after that that Wally gets stuck on 058 and the Tailgater constantly looks for satellites.
I’ve read many older posts on how frustrating people are with this setup.
Any ideas on how to get this combo to play nice.
The Wally says the software version is U808.

There have been SOOOO many issues with the Wallys... but try this:

When the progress bar for the switch test is full, unscrew the coax on the back, and screw it right back in. This will sometimes let it go to "acquiring signal.

U808 is extremely outdated software. That release was in December of 2019.

Do you have a DISH setup at home? If so, you can "install" the Wally at home to allow satellite acquisition and a software update.
