Tag Issues

I get the following message when trying to post in the general cable & satellite tv forum .....

The following errors must be corrected with your submission.

You specified a tag that was too short. A tag must be at least 3 characters.
The number of tags you tried to add to this thread exceeded the maximum number of tags by 1.

It is putting tags in there for me when I did not tell it to and when I shorten the title in which it is creating tags from, it is still putting tags that are no longer in the title on the tag option below the area where you type in your post. I have not had this issue before and now I cannot post as a result.

I type in ...

111 - Dish Says Card belongs in another receiver & balance owed

--- and it gives me tags entered automatically ...

Dish,Card,belongs,receiver,&,balance,owed

--- and when I change it to ....

111 - Dish Says Card belongs in another receiver

--- it still kept the same tags

I tried it again with the shorter topic and it went ahead and posted it.

tags 'n attachments

I have been annoyed by the forced tags upon posting new threads.
And (not knowing any better) simply removed any single common words which convey no meaning, make some into two-word tags, and generally edit the tags to make sense.
Seems a bother, but perhaps it'll make searching for things easier in the future.

Can I edit the tags after the fact?

What I would like, is some way to search all posts by say a member, and look for those with attachments.
Sometimes I can't find a picture, but I know who posted it.
