Dish Reflector Behind Patio Railing - Will this work right???

Should I choose to switch my SG2100 and Hotdish 75 cm dish to the T-Pod on my patio, could I use it a few feet back from my patio railing without losing level and quality signal?

Have posed the question to Comatek, but they have not yet been able to advise. Curious if you have any knowledge as to whether this is viable, since my 5.5 foot 2" steel pole is bolted loosely onto the concrete, and it is plumb, but... the masonry screws attaching the steel flange (into which the pole screws) are not rock steady, but slightly loose, and obviously, will not get tighter, but only looser.

If this would work with a 30" or greater FTA dish, and my railing would not affect my level and quality signal, then I would buy a larger dish, attach it to the T-Pod at my home, and see what I could see. This would be great with a motor, and would keep my HOA from complaining about the size of my dish which is presently quite visible since it hangs about 1 foot higher than my patio railing.

Although I can't say for certain I'm confident that the T-Pod will hold the motor as well as the dish - the frame itself is more than solid enough to hold the 2.
The only caveat I can think of is if you swing the dish to the East/West extremes - even then it should remain stable, the motor should provide some sort of stability with its weight.
I still have mine at the bottom of the yard happily pointing at AMC4 (Winegard 76cm) and it's not moved even after the winds we've had lately, it's about 2' away from the tall fence.
I say go for it.

I take it that you mean that you are not experiencing any signal level or quality loss due to the physical presence of a barrier in front of the dish itself (a tall fence). Is this accurate???

As in my original post, I could utilize a larger dish up to 1/1.2 meters, if it was non-obstrusively placed so as to mitigate any complaints from the HOA.

I know that the legal limit is 1 meter, but, who would know if it was essentially sitting on the floor of the second story patio, with the slatted rail partially screening it from the view of the neighborhood?

I would appreciate your response, as well as any input from anyone else who has installed their dish with a slatted railing or fencing in front of their dish. What I am curious about is whether you lose signal level and quality due to the obstruction. Currently, my dish is clearly visible to everyone on the lake (approximately 45 of the 105 homeowners, since it is affixed to a 5.5 foot steel pole and hanging above and over the patio/porch railing system.

IIRC the signal angle is roughly 22degrees from where your parabola is facing.
The fence at my place is solid wood, signal won't pass through that.
It was mainly to point out that you can have the dish closer to obstacles than you think.
