I spoke with a rep who informed me that any line on your account is eligible for the unlimited LTE promo. The referee and referrer just need to register and the person that is being referred needs the info of the person who referred them. So in other words this promo isn't limited to the main line. I'm an authorized user on my brothers account and was able to get unlimited LTE for a year and I'm not the main line. So if you refer more people and you've already got the unlimited LTE , then you'll get a 10.00 bill credit a month.
