T-Mobile Announces Network Upgrade, Sues Verizon Over Maps

Well, Verizon doesn't use HSPA+ so I don't see how adding them on the T-Mobile would Verizon's case. Otherwise Verizon is correct in that T-Mobile's LTE network is a fraction of the size as Verizon's LTE network. Of course the average consumer is not going to know the difference between these technologies.
 
I think that T Mobile is saying that if HSPA+ were included the TMobile map would look different.
