SWM that I need?

Only one line is needed into a DVR with SWM. The signal is split internally to feed the two tuners. The DVR will count as 2 against the 8 allowed by SWM.

So if I get an SWM dish then only one coax needs to connect to the actual HD DVR? What about the second tuner? Does this work on the HR20, HR21, HR22, and HR23?

Both tuners on all the HR2x DVRs are driven from a single cable using the SWM system....
