Hi Folks,

Do you know whether people in Switzerland accept WESTERN UNION's money order???

I do get money order to send money by mail.

No I don't do account transaction to another county.
Except I have Pay Pal, but they don't...
And I don't have a credit card to use.

Does the local Post Office have a International money order to send
money order to another country???

Hope all helps with answers.

Thank you,
Eugene

There is an official money order system run by the various post office authorities around the world. You just take cash to any post office and they will issue you a money order that is cashable on the other end. The fees involved are high.

If you and who or what every you are sending money to both have bank accounts, banks can do wire transfers which is less expensive and quicker.

Several years ago, I lived in Switzerland for a couple of years, even though I didn't know of specific cases of people living in Switzerland who were receiving money from abroad, via Western Union, I can tell you, the following:

I used to transfer some money from my bank accounts on this side of the world to my Swiss bank account, and that was the easiest thing to do.

I concur that nowadays, bank transfers are the most simple way to do it.

In those days, I could easily use my Swiss bank account online and transfer money to foreign bank accounts, with just a few clicks.

Another example, I easily transfer money from my US bank account to my Mexican bank account with great ease, and the money is posted on my receiving bank account in just a couple of hours, and free of any bank fees, as the banks belong to the same group.

I have a cousin (living in the US) and transfers money from his US bank account to a foreign bank account on a monthly basis, using his online banking system (programmed as an automatic monthly transaction) and he told me that such method had the lowest commission, much lower than Western Union, which he used before to transfer money abroad.

So, I do believe that making your transfer from your bank account to a Swiss bank account should be the safest, cheapest, easiest method, to be preferred over paypal, western union, etc.

Hi Sam,

Whish that you're here in person to assist me.
$127 to HIGHDEFINTION.ch in Switzerland.

I'm sure that you're familiar with this place
in Switzerland.

Does the bank teller do this for me???
Or do I have to meet with the bank personal
that helps people with their money??
NOT only for loan, but bank accounts??

My bank account is at BANK OF AMERICA.

Thanks,
Eugene

It would help if we knew why you want to send money there!

Are you getting a grandson out of jail - (SCAM)- or buying a piece of sat equipment?

EZCRUZBUD, forget what I just posted above!

HIGHDEFINTION.ch looks likes the old Radio Shack stores on steroids!

I bought my 31 " high by 18" wide cabinet speakers back in the mid 1980s. Realistic is the name on the speakers!

My MCS stereo receiver made those 15" woofers come alive! Just ask the deputy sheriffs who used to come see me!

The MCS is gone, it got replaced with a Yamaha video model just after I had to replace all the raw speakers in the Realistic cabinets!

15" woofer, 6" midrange 3" tweeter. 3" port!

Radio Shack did not sell these type of things anymore, I was told, but he would be able to order them from about 7 different stores that still had them in stock!

It never sounded the same and the sheriffs department never came to see me again!

?????

Hi Zack,

This isn't what you're referring to and it's NOT about satellite equipment. They only sells
TVs and Blue Ray players.

I only want a DB-9 cable to Rigid.

HIGHDEFINITION.ch is NOT a scam.

Thanks,
