I was just online and was able to login to my account and switch over to DVR advantage plan. I also added HBO for $10 which is cheaper than the usual $14.99. I also have the HD pack and was told my total bill would be $73 which is not bad and 10 times better than cable. I was on the old Silver HD package with locals. This was the first time I was ever able to switch programming without calling in and talking to CS.
