switch question

My question is, can one use a switch after a zinwell 6x8 either on 22khz on or 22khz off? Go from a zinwell to a 1x4 disqec?

yes and no

receiver------diseqc------6x8 (well actually its a 4x8)----LNB's will work
receiver----------6x8------diseqc wont


I have a few 4x4 multiswitches set up and on the outputs those go to diseqc switch

Thanks Iceberg, My setup problem is the C band is so far away from my stationary ku antennas. So I was hoping to run 1 coax our from the zinwell and have a 4x1 disq switch out at the c band for v and h. Now it looks as if I would have to run2 or 4 coax out to them. Which is 75' from the zinwell. SoI have to do some re arrainging of the dish locations for this to work out. thanks again If I want all receivers to be able to access all dishes. Or just have one tv able to receive the c band. thanks again

That wouldnt work anyways as to have both polarities you need two lines from the LNB to the switch
